A one of a kind design that unites the serene lush-green hue of an emerald with energetic fire and brilliance of diamonds, this Dino Lonzano gemstone earring features a 7.70-carat emerald-cut natural emerald center stone. The center stone is in a four-prong basket crown setting, which flushes with two trillion cut lab-grown diamond side stones. Each side-stone diamond measures 1.01 carat and is graded as color G and clarity VS2. The total weight of the diamonds is 2.01 carats. The ring is hand-crafted in high-polished 18k yellow gold.
