This Dino Lonzano engagement ring setting is embellished with sixteen natural blue sapphires graduated in size along the top half of the ring. The headpiece of the ring can feature a round diamond of your choice in the unique compass setting. The tapered shank at the top brings more light and space for your diamond to display its full fire and brilliance.
The total carat weight of the sapphires is 0.25 carats. Handcrafted in 18 white gold (4.5g).
