Job Description: We're looking for a skilled Watchmaker with a passion for horology and exceptional attention to detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing and maintaining luxury watches, a deep knowledge of watch mechanisms, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

⚬ Perform precision repairs, maintenance, and adjustments on a variety of luxury watches.

⚬ Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions for watch repairs.

⚬ Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, adhering to brand and company specifications.

⚬ Work with both modern and vintage timepieces, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches.

⚬ Maintain an organized workshop and ensure the proper storage and care of all tools and parts.

⚬ Inspect watches for defects, damage, and quality control, providing recommendations for restoration or repair.

⚬ Assist customers with watch-related inquiries, offering expert advice on maintenance and care.

⚬ Keep up to date with industry trends, new watch technologies, and innovations.

⚬ Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service for clients requiring repairs or customizations.

Qualifications:

⚬ Proven experience as a watchmaker or watch repair technician, particularly with luxury and high-end timepieces.

⚬ Strong knowledge of watch mechanisms, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements.

⚬ Excellent attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.

⚬ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

⚬ Familiarity with the tools and techniques used in watch repair and maintenance.

⚬ Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

⚬ Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
