We're a close-knit family of designers, craftspeople, gemologists, and watch specialists who genuinely love what we do. When you walk in, you're not meeting a salesperson — you're meeting the person who will work on your piece.
You’ll meet one-on-one with a GIA-trained designer for approximately one hour. We listen to your vision, review stone and material options, walk you through examples of past work, and discuss timeline and budget. Feel free to bring any images or references that may help guide the design process. All custom pieces are designed and manufactured in-house at our Georgetown studio — by the same people you met in the consultation.
No, custom design consultations are complimentary. Saturday appointments require a $50 authorization hold to reserve your designer’s time. The hold is released upon arrival and is only charged if the appointment is missed without 48 hours’ notice.

Yes. Our Georgetown DC location is both our showroom and working studio. Almost all custom designs, resizing, prong work, and repairs are produced in-house by our own craftspeople. Faster turnaround, direct communication, and complete quality control from concept to completion.
Our Potomac, Maryland location is a private, by-appointment-only consultation studio for clients who value complete discretion. We also offer home visits throughout the greater Washington DC area. Visit our Potomac studio page to learn more and book.
